We stayed here one night for an event taking place nearby. The rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were big and beautiful in the rooms and downstairs near the lobby. Breakfast is served daily. Good choices for breakfast. Price was right. They worked with us even through using booking dot com to help cancel our first night due to a family emergency. They were really great and very accommodating. There is also a pool. We didn’t use it. But it was empty every time we walked by. The one BIG downfall was there was no place to plug my phone charger cord into. I needed to have an end to plug into and didn’t. Most hotels have the usb plugs in their lamps and etc. this place didn’t have one single usb outlet to plug into. Now days I feel like usb plugs (esp in hotels) are pretty much customary.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, once for an entire month and once for a week. Both times I primarily spoke with and was handled by Kim and Ethan who are AMAZING! I was greeted every time I came through the door, any requests I had were promptly taken care of and overall they greatly improved the experience just by being themselves. The hotel itself has been recently updated with fresh paint, new carpet and some new furniture all of which is very nice and fun colors! I also find the rooms to be clean and smell clean! Breakfast is available here, ends a bit early for my liking but so do most other hotels these days! There’s a waffle maker that would benefit from some butter spray but other than that there’s always fresh eggs and protein available along with many breads, bagels and oatmeal. They have an array of milk, dairy and non, as well as juices, coffee and yogurts. Nothing to write home about but always clean and well stocked! Now for the downside.. The hotel pool was receiving a paint update the first time I was there so it was closed for about a week and the second time it was closed my entire week’s stay! The fitness room also had a vast majority of their machines out of order except one treadmill. I hope over the coming months they can address both of these issues to allow guests to access the features they pay a premium for. This location also doesn’t have much immediately around it except other businesses and the Wyomissing borough didn’t invest in proper, or in some case any, sidewalks so walking down to the strip mall where there’s a bunch of restaurants and shops can be a bit frustrating. Overall a 4/5 with great potential to be higher with the amenities fixed up.

The room was clean the man who checked us in was friendly. The pool was good, but I could have used a good scrubbing. The breakfast was something I was concerned about because of reviews but it was one of the better breakfasts in a hotel I have had. There was a good variety of food and drink! It was just layed out oddly. We stayed 2 nights, there was not any conditioner in the shower. I figured when room service came I'd be giving some. But they just took our towels and didn't bring anything back. Then when I got home I was charged a extra charge that no one can explain what ot was from. So those two things is why I give 4 stars instead of 5. Over all I'd stay again I enjoyed the stay.

Something strange happened during our stay. The hotel had signs everywhere encouraging guests to reuse towels to help conserve resources, which we were happy to do. However, after leaving our room on Saturday with the full set of towels we started with, we returned to find only washcloths and bath mats available for drying off. It was unexpected and confusing. When we requested more towels on Sunday after realizing they were gone, we were given just two additional washcloths and two bath sheets — still not enough for four guests. On Friday night, we asked for bed sheets and blankets for the pull-out sofa, and the woman working at the front desk made it seem like we were bothering her. It really felt like we were interrupting her evening just by asking for something that should’ve already been in the room. You’d think that if four guests are booked into a king suite, it would be common sense to provide linens for the additional bed without having to ask. We were also placed in a handicap-accessible suite, which seemed odd since we didn’t request one. It wasn’t a major issue, but it added to the overall impression that things were a bit disorganized. That said, the gentleman who checked us in was great — friendly and helpful. The woman handling breakfast service was also excellent and clearly doing her best, especially considering how busy it was. It looked like a lot of sports families were staying at the hotel that weekend, so I understand they had a full house. Still, overall the experience left a lot to be desired — especially when it came to comfort and basic hospitality.

We stayed over a Fri/Sat weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful, so much so that my wife commented about how nice they were on our way home. The room was fine, clean, minimally furnished and a bit small when compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The TV offered basic cable but there was no printed channel guide and the guide on channel 98 didn't work, so it was a lot of flipping to find something worth watching. No HBO or other movie channels that I could find. The bathroom had a great double sized shower with decent pressure and hot water. I was surprised that there were no grab bars, and with the soft water, the floor does get a bit slippery. The hotel offers a hot breakfast bar. On Saturday morning we were up early and had scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, juice and coffee. Sunday morning a hoard of little league ball player beat us to the food, leaving only the oatmeal. They do offer a nice selection of toppings, so we were fine. Overall the breakfast was better then most hotels in this price range. The location is in a commercial area with a mix of medical and other business buildings. If you are looking for a walk, there is a service road behind the hotel that leads up to a water tower and offers nice views into the valley.

I would love to give a shout out to Enid who is just an amazing worker; very sweet, pleasant and overall caring. The room was clean and the hotel was as well. The one complaint I do have is that the selection of breakfast could have changed daily instead of being the same thing the entire 7 days of my stay AND it is cold so it would have been nice to be able to have tea or coffee throughout the entire day and not only for breakfast

As a Titanium member I have stayed at 100’s of Marriot properties. This hotel is one of the best! The front desk staff, should be commended! Most notably Sara Mcree (I believe that is her name) was so polite and professional to our entire group that stayed here. Oh yes, the hotel is new, and located in a very quiet area. Highly recommended!!
